If changing her diet to the supposedly "basic," or "primitive" diet that the hunter-gatherers eat can do that for a debilitating condition like MS, imagine what could it do for you. Whatever your health challenges, better nutrition is only going to help you.

17. Watch some television. What's your favorite television program? Do you like comedies, dramas, reality TV, educational TV, the news? Find something on the tube that inspires you or makes you feel better and watch a bit of it. Don't spend too much time here. A few hours should suffice. I love educational programs, and shows I can learn from such as National Geographic, the Discovery Channel, the History Channel, and the Travel Channel. I'm also a huge fan of some of those documentaries and reality TV shows on cable that take you behind the scenes of certain businesses. Shark Tank is also one of my faves. Find your faves and kickback to watch some TV.

Since each speaker talks for 18 minutes, you won't be overwhelmed with long-winded talkers who ramble about their past or promote their works as a tool. Instead, you'll hear about innovation and changing the world as in caring, repairing, and sharing.

The first thing is to actually want to meet your time limit. Link to Carl Kruse on TED are famous conferences in which each speaker is limited to just 20 minutes. In his TED talk, Anthony Robbins deliberately manipulated the audience so that they would ask him to speak longer than 20 minutes. He was not accidentally too long: he planned to take longer than was offered and he made it happen. When I had a group of students view this video, they were divided in their reactions. Some admired his confidence and some objected to the egoism of taking more than was offered.

This is quite a challenge. Especially when most presenters can't even remember their own presentation! Reading off crib notes, turning around to speak off the screen or frequent looking up or down are signs that the presenter has not prepared adequately.

With no prospects for the future, is it any wonder that so many college grads feel lost. This isn't the way it was supposed to be. Higher education was supposed to be the best investment one could make to guarantee a solid future. Any wonder that they feel cheated?

I read something recently about how the biggest factor in depression is that of a loss of hope. Lose hope and lose energy. See possibility and gain it. Perhaps that's simplistic, but it's something I notice and respect. When people ask me what I do as I life coach, I tell them - I have powerful conversations with people that shift and their inner and outer worlds in a positive way. And, a great side effect is that the powerful conversations I have with my clients enliven and inspire me, too! You see why I love my job?

Stacy and Clinton are worried when Jessica gets quiet. She assures them she's fine and excited about going shopping. When she's gone, Clinton fears that she's bottling stuff up and there will be a meltdown. We then see Jessica telling the What Not to Wear cameras that she's not really confident that anything is going to look good on her, and she's used to feeling negative about herself.
